360 IT
Where shall I start? The doors have just closed on the launch of 360 for this year, and I wanted to express my appreciation of the huge amount of work that you and all of your teams have put in to this event.
Launches are always challenging, because whilst we always work hard to make our shows successful, a vast amount of additional work goes into these. As a result of this, at times we have not been able to give you the information you need when you need it, and at others we have presented you with obstacles (both big and small) that we needed to over come in order to meet the expectations of our clients. Collectively and individually, you have always responded with patience, creative suggestions and most importantly a smile.
All of you and your respective teams have really worked their socks off to help us get to where we were on Wednesday morning, and I have to say I was incredibly proud of the results. The show looked amazing, there were no major problems to deal with and even the most challenging of our issues were successfully overcome.
As you all know for many of our clients, both exhibitors and visitors, the first experience they have when they come on-site is not a familiar Reed face it is one of the wider 360 show team which encompasses all of you. So please accept a massive heartfelt thank you to you, your teams and the many other faces who we don’t always come into contact with for their efforts; we couldn’t, and wouldn’t want to do it with out you.
Thanks for a great show, and we look forward to working with you all again soon.
