DB Systems Invests In True HD
DB Systems, the UK-based Audio Visual specialists, has
recently increased its investment in the True HD technology to
provide its clients with the best quality hardware from this
evolving company.
The company has purchased 30 Panasonic True HD 50 inch screens*,
enabling DB Systems to continue to offer superior choice when
planning and implementing Audio Visual projects. Unlike domestic HD
Ready TVs, these professional HD Screens will give a true High
Definition experience and provide excellent visual interpretation
of a presentation or video, and are able to show computer-based
1920 x 1080 signal, unlike some of the cheaper, lower-spec domestic
screens that you sometimes see installed at trade shows.
True HD screens are important to the DB Systems’ inventory,
which already boasts a huge range of Audio Visual equipment, and
they represent customers’ continued interest in True HD
technology.
DB Systems has built its reputation on giving clients exactly what
they want and having these new screens allows them to do just that.
The fact that all 30 screens have already been booked for the
upcoming Farnborough Air Show is a testament to DB Systems’
understanding of its clients and the industry.
True HD differs from HD Ready in one key way, an actual resolution
of 1920 x 1080. HD ‘Ready’ simply does not offer the
highest resolution.
Sales Director, Oliver Richardson is excited about what this means
for the company and their clients: “The format HD has been
around for some time now and we’re finding that particularly
in the Pharmaceutical and Aerospace trade shows we work on, the
demand from exhibition stand design agencies for this product is
high. Investing further in True HD screens allow us to offer our
clients a greater range of AV equipment and give us greater scope
when designing AV solutions for them. We feel this investment will
reap rewards for us as a company and demonstrates our commitment to
investing in future technologies.”
