Staff were excellent at the exhibition. Impressed that they remembered our names. Painless experience and would use again and recommend to others.
AV equipment was booked by others but the whole process seemed very straight forward.
Fantastic consistent service. We changed our mind on site about the screen size. You're guys were very helpful - they showed us the options - they were great.

I do not usually have the time to complete user questionnaires, but in this instance I wanted to do so as the level of service we received was exceptional. Even in the hectically-busy Ecobuild environment, the AV person who assisted us was excellent, helpful & efficient. The process ran far more smoothly than many smaller events I've been to, & we very much appreciated his assistance.
