I wanted to send you this email thanking you and your company for the outstanding service that you provided to Lockheed Martin for the Farnborough Air Show.
You have assembled a great team and their flexibility, expertise and rapid response to requests helped to make this a wonderful show and is a testament to your company.
I especially wanted to call out Richard who provided onsite support for our press briefings in the Lockheed Martin pavilion. I received many positive comments regarding his demeanor and professionalism.
As you are well aware, we work in an industry where 'no news is good news' and customers generally only notify you when there is/was a problem. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you personally for all of your company's assistance and look forward to working with you again.
