Innovation at VIP party Case Study

DB’s brief was to develop a solution that would help Kronospan, one of the world’s largest producers of wood based panels, promote its new products in an innovative and interactive way.

Objective:

Kronospan hosted a VIP party for its top 50 clients to showcase it new products. DB’s objective was to raise the profile of these new products to the clients in an exciting and memorable way.

Solution:

DB supplied every guest with an Apple iPad, which were all pre-programmed by DB with software that allowed guests to rate various designs that were exhibited around the venue. The rating system worked on a real time basis as the data collected on the iPads was displayed on a large plasma screen for all to see. At the end of the event, the top 10 rated designs were revealed. The software also allowed guests to make comments and ask questions about products.
