Mobile World Congress Case Study
Informa Telecoms Group and the GSM Association's 3GSM World Congress is now recognised as the global meeting place for the wireless industry, attracting key decision-makers from across the world, to debate their visions of the future of the industry. Together the Congress and Exhibition facilitate networking between over 28,000 telecoms players from over 173 countries, making it an unrivalled platform for exchanging ideas and generating new business.
The Exhibition includes over 600 exhibitors.
DB have been suplying equipment and services to this event since 1996. Our presence has grown and in 2005 we supplied a record number of stands for our design customers and exhibitors. During the show, we had on site technical support and spares to sort out any problems ASAP.
Equipment supplied included plasma and LCD screens, PCs, laptops, DVD equipment and networking services.
Due to the bulk of equipment we supply into this show, we can and do compete very effectively with the local suppliers. In fact, we go to Cannes approximately 6-8 times per year, including for the various MIP shows.
