On Line - Olympia Case Study
Online Information is a 3 day international exhibition and conference for information content and information management solutions. It is a must attend event for information professionals, information management professionals and senior business decision makers. On Line attracts an international audience of almost 11,000 visitors, 250 exhibitors, 800 delegates and 100 industry press making it the focal point for the global information industry.
DB were appointed by VNU as the Official AV Supplier for the first time in 2004.
Working closely with the Organisers, we supplied all of the equipment and associated crew & technical services for the main Plenary Conference session, 3 other main conference rooms and 7 breakout rooms. We also supplied equipment for the 250 exhibitors on the floor, including plasma & LCD screens, computers and laptops.
One last minute requirement from the Organisers was a video & audio link from the Plenary session into another conference room as a result of it being extremely popular. This was achieved at the last minute due in no small part to the extensive spares list that the DB crew took to site.
Our customers, VNU, were so pleased by what we achieved that we have already been re-appointed for 2005.
