After months of planning, AV & IT rental company DB Systems is all set for world famous Paris Air Show (20th-26th June).
DB will provide bespoke AV systems and content, including some augmented reality projects, for 19 clients, as well as work on over 210 individual projects. DB will be working for end clients such as the European Space Agency, Pacific Scientific and GKN Aerospace.
Such is the scale of DB’s work at the show that the company has had to use three 40ft sea containers to transport tens of thousands of pounds worth of equipment from the UK to the event. This includes touchscreens, video walls, plasma screens, laptops, mixing desks and iPads.
Oliver Richardson, DB Sales Director, said: “Paris Air Show is always an exciting event to be part of. It’s also a very big event for us simply because of how many projects we’re involved in during the month build up on site.
“To prepare for this, as well as a very busy summer, we recently invested hundreds of thousands of pounds upgrading our inventory to ensure it is varied and as up-to-date as possible. As a rental supplier it’s crucial that we have the right display technology available to match the client’s brief.”
