DB Systems are pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Cameron-Davies to the position of Operations Director. Supporting Managing Director David Bulley, Mike will ensure that DB Systems continue to deliver the latest event technology and outstanding customer service for the global events industry.

Mike is an Engineering Graduate and Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). He comes to DB as part of a diverse career in operations, having started his career at Ford Motor Company, Mike progressed to occupy senior positions at several leading manufacturing and facilities management companies, where he was a catalyst for implementing operational improvements. His roles have included working for a large contractor based at Heathrow, with 450 people under his leadership. Mike’s role with DB Systems will be to deliver operational transformation, and improve the standard of event delivery, whilst making sure that ultimate customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything DB Systems do.

David Bulley said: “We have always strived to deliver the best service possible for our customers – whilst we will always be driven by the latest technology and innovations for events, our service is about so much more than just kit. With Mike’s experience and background, I’m confident that we’ll continue to develop and improve our customer service, and be the very best we can be.”

Discussing for the journey ahead, Mike added: “I am very excited about my new role. DB Systems is a fantastic company with a great reputation for being innovators within the event industry, whilst continually striving to achieve excellent customer service. Working with the current DB team, I will be putting in place processes to ensure we deliver the latest tech, on time, continuing to surprise and delight customers, old and new.”

Mike is married and lives in the Cotswolds. He will be based at DB Systems office in Tewkesbury.
