We can even integrate it to your CRM system, so that the full customer’s record is visible and any additional notes made are automatically updated to your customer’s record on the CRM. Content can be personalised, so that as your visitor moves around the stand, the demographic information held in their RFiD badge enables the appropriate language to be displayed on-screen.
brandWallet collects a rich vein of data which is collated into a live dashboard from which you can create instant custom reports. Get headline statistics like the number of leads collected, the number of visitors on your stand, but also more detailed metrics like individual stand staff performance and which combination of products visitors are interested in.
