DB Systems is gearing up to supply equipment and services to events across three continents over the next three months.
The mammoth logistical exercise will involve the company transporting a variety systems, from LCD screen to video walls, tens of thousands of miles between October and December.
DB’s European shows include EXPOMIL 2009, in Bucharest (18th Oct - 21st Oct), which will showcase military technology, as well as Food Ingredients Europe 2009, in Frankfurt, (17th Nov - 19th Nov), a global event for the food and beverage industry.
Meanwhile, in the Middle East, DB will be at the Dubai Airshow, (15th Nov - 19th Nov), which will include supplying AV systems for the BAE Systems, as part of its ongoing contract with design company RapierGroup.
Furthest to travel for DB will be two shows in South East Asia - Seoul Airshow 2009 (20th Oct - 25th Oct) and LIMA 2009, an exhibition for aerospace manufacturers, in Langkawi, Malaysia (1st Dec - 5th Dec).
Sales Director Oliver Richardson said: “This will be a busy quarter but our clients work with us because they have confidence that we are capable of providing the highest quality service, regardless of whether their show is in London or Langkawi.
“While DB is a UK-based company, we are increasingly being called upon to travel to events throughout the world because clients know we will have the right kit, at the right place, at the right time.
“We also have a significant inventory of equipment, which means we can service numerous events throughout the world.”
