We take great pride in delivering exceptional service and working to the highest of standards – it’s what sets us apart from our competitors – and we’re delighted to cement our position as market leaders, by being the first AV company to complete the “upgrade status” to the latest ISO management system standards.

We are the only AV company to achieve this hat trick of standards and one of only 5% of contractors across the UK to have successfully completed the upgrade status process.

ISO 20121 is the internationally recognised standard which helps organisations in the events industry improve the sustainability of their event related activities, products and services, whilst ISO14001 is the renowned international standard for environmental management and ISO9001 for quality management. The standards are designed to help businesses grow while reducing the environmental impact of growth, and to help organisations meet increasing customer expectations of corporate responsibility and compliance.   We worked in partnership with EcoEvents to achieve certification, which involved a total review of management processes to ensure sustainability and environmental practices are implemented throughout the business.

As part of our commitment to sustainability we have also this year introduced a zero to landfill policy in our office and warehouse spaces.  We already recycle all of our working materials from events and our Tewkesbury Headquarters has now joined us in lowering our carbon footprint.
